Return Policy: Strict No Refund

At ZaraiHub, we hold the quality of agricultural inputs to the absolute highest national standard. This is critical for the food security of Punjab. To guarantee that every bag of seed, chemical pesticide, or soil fertilizer delivered is completely sterile, pure, and free from external contaminants, we enforce a **strict no-return and no-refund policy** once products leave our logistics vehicles.

Why we do not accept returns:

• Sterile Sowing Environment: Seeds exposed to random warehouse dampness lose germination efficacy. We cannot resell returned seed bags to other farmers risking their livelihood.
• Chemical Counterfeit Shielding: Pesticides must remain inside factory-sealed canisters. This completely shields against dilutions or hazardous chemical swaps.
• Logistics Custody Chain: We procure inputs directly from certified factories and maintain total chain-of-custody control inside climate-controlled trucks. Once an item enters external storage, the security chain is compromised.
